We want you to love every piece from Doria. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@doriaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to: 3657 Chesterfield Road, Philadelphia, PA 19114. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@doriaofficial.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

European Union If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@doriaofficial.com.
