We collect only what we need to run DORIA and look after you:

• Contact and order details you give us — your name, email, shipping address and phone number when you place an order or contact us.
• Payment information, which is entered directly into our secure Shopify checkout. DORIA never sees or stores your full card number.
• Beauty preferences you choose to share, such as skin type or concerns in our quiz, skin analysis or AI Beauty Advisor.
• Device and browsing information — pages viewed, products added to your bag and approximate location — collected through cookies and similar tools.

• To process, ship and support your orders, returns and questions.
• To personalise product recommendations and improve our website.
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, news, offers and beauty tips. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.

We use cookies to keep your bag saved, remember your preferences and understand how our site is used. We also use trusted analytics and advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel and Klaviyo) to measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — some features, like your saved bag, may stop working.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with partners who help us operate — including Shopify (store and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers and our review platform — and only as needed to provide their service. DORIA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
